In the heart of the Basque mountains, in the Aldudes Valley, take the time to walk along the educational path of the Basque Pig, from the maternity hospital to the mountainsides.
An hour and a half of walking is proposed to you to see closely, vultures, manex sheep, Basque pigs, pottoks and the local flora... Good shoes and a stick are recommended for this walk.
In our tasting area, "Gourmet" plates are proposed: Kintoa Ham PDO, Aldudes Valley Ham, Aldudes Sausage, Jesus of the Basque Country, chorizo, pâtés... The Kintoa ham obtained the PDO in January 2019.
