Mauléon organizes its traditional espadrille festival, with a program that's as tempting as ever.
All day: tasting and sale of regional products. Meals on site and musical entertainment.
09:30: draisienne ride
10:30 am: Assumption mass sung by the Xiberoko Zohardia choir
10:30 am: start of 5km espadrille ride/ start and finish Place des Allées
10:45am: start of 5km espadrille race/ start and finish Place des Allées
11:30am: Bare-hand pelota game on the small fronton, with Soulet dances in between
12:30 pm: Xiberoko Zohardia singers lead the aperitif with Soulet songs and dances
2:30 pm: Basque force
4:30 pm: grand chistéra game
6:30 pm to 9 pm: Xiberoko Zohardia singers under the bandstand
