Jean-Pierre makes, entirely in his workshop, pastries (petits câteaux and entremets) including Goxokia (raspberry cake), a range of 17 types of chocolate, ice creams and sorbets (15 flavors) and, to order, iced cakes (entremet exotique, vacherin, goxokia), savory and sweet petits fours, and a range of confectionery (marshmallow and soft caramel).
Tearoom: hot drinks, cold drinks, homemade chocolate accompanied by cakes or ice cream. Quick lunchtime menus according to season (winter: soup, parmentière, savoury tart, dessert and coffee; summer: salad, savoury tart, dessert and coffee).
