We offer a guided tour with video and tasting for groups by appointment. Free visit with video for individuals. Our shop offers a large choice of trout processed products: smoked fillets, terrine, smoked trout confit, rillettes, trout à la basquaise, smoked trout (vacuum-packed), portioned trout, fillet steak, large trout steaks. New: we now use trout skin as leather for leather goods and offer a complete range of high quality products. The rediscovery of a tradition dating back to the 16th century is the result of years of research with a specialist in the tanning of precious leathers.
