Just beyond the Porte de France in the ramparts, you'll find the "Vieille Auberge" restaurant. In 1984, the owner started out as a bar, then, driven by his taste for good local food and his friends and family, he took to the kitchen to satisfy the taste buds of his friends and customers. Local specialties: porcini omelette, Basque blood sausage, veal axoa, lamb, pan-fried ham, piperade... Wood-fired and capucin specialties: Palombe menu from October 15 to December 20. Reservations recommended.
