Xoriekin, gîte for 6 persons is located in a property of one hectare at the entrance of Saint Jean Pied de Port, far from any traffic. This gîte has been fitted out in an old farmhouse. The garden, bordered on the south by a hundred-year-old boxwood hedge, is ideal for games. The terrace, the fruit trees will be the refuges of your summer naps.
You will find on the ground floor, a living room with a fitted kitchen, a large farm table, a sitting area. Access on the same level to the garden and the terrace. A large master bedroom with Italian shower room, dressing room and a second terrace under the large willow tree.
On the first floor, two bedrooms, as well as a second Italian shower room and toilet. In the farmhouse, opposite and not overlooked, is another furnished apartment with its own garden not adjacent to yours
